ITS College of Pharmacy celebrated Teachers Day on 5th September 2025 with great enthusiasm and respect The program was organized to honor the invaluable contributions of teachers in shaping the future of students and society The celebration was conducted under the esteemed guidance of Shri Arpit Chadha Honble Vice Chairman ITSThe Education Group
The event aimed to pay tribute to teachers for their relentless dedication and selfless efforts in nurturing students It also sought to strengthen the bond between students and teachers through cultural and interactive programs Another key objective was to inspire students to imbibe the values of discipline knowledge and compassion from their mentors
Dr S Sadish Kumar Director addressed the gathering and motivated both faculty and students In his inspirational speech he emphasized that a teacher is not just a guide but also a nationbuilder as the strength of education lies in the hands of those who impart it He shared his personal experiences of Teachers Day and encouraged students to excel in both curricular and extracurricular activities He concluded by advising students to be active and interactive with teachers This was followed by inspiring speeches from Dr Rajkumari Dean Dr Shalini K Sawhney Professor and Dr Iti Chauhan Professor who all emphasized the vital role of teachers in shaping lives
Students added charm to the celebration by presenting various cultural performances Dance performances were given by Nupur and Manushree poetry recitation by Pradeep a poem by Kavita and Ananya and a speech by Mudit dedicated to teachers The entire event was gracefully hosted by finalyear students Zinia and Kripansh whose engaging anchoring kept the audience connected throughout
The Teachers Day celebration proved to be a heartwarming and successful event The active involvement of students and faculty created an atmosphere of joy respect and togetherness It successfully strengthened the bond between students and teachers and underscored the values of gratitude dedication and inspiration
