ALUMNI MEET - 2023
I.T.S College of Pharmacy Alumni Association organized Alumni meet to create a forum for alumni to share their experiences, achievements and lessons learnt in their respective fields on 02nd Dec 2023. The event was conducted under the able guidance of Hon’ble Vice Chairman, I.T.S - The Education Group, Mr. Arpit Chadha Sir.
The Alumni arrived at college by 9:30 a.m. and they were warmly welcomed by the college. The event started with the lighting of lamp. The welcome address was given by Dr. Sadish Kumar S, Director, I.T.S College of Pharmacy. He thanked the management for their kind support and appreciation to conduct the meet. He quoted Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam in his speech and urged that not everyone in our path can touch our lives but such meetings can enlighten the path to progress more easily.
The meeting was further graced by Mr. Surinder Sood, Director - PR, I.T.S College of Pharmacy. He appreciated the alumni who made the first alumni association and made us proud. He asked the alumni to catch hold of the students who are still in their infancy and create a difference in their future by motivating them.
The program continued with cultural activity viz, singing and dancing by students Anjali, Dristhi, Vaishnavi, Kritika, Kripansh, Mudit, Yashvi, Jyoti, Shabnam and Preeti. All the performances were mesmerizing and full of energy. In between the cultural activity, alumnus interacted and shared their experience. Few alumni who were not able to attend the meet, sent their video bytes, which were also displayed. The alumni thanked the management of I.T.S College of Pharmacy for the support and guidance throughout their career. Alumni also interacted with the students and gave career guidance regarding higher studies and placements. Alumni answered questions of students regarding preparations for placements and how they should face HR interviews. Vote of thanks was given by Dr. Rajkumari, Dean and she thanked all the organizers, alumni, faculty and students for the support and guidance which has made Alumni Meet 2023 a grand success. The program concluded with National Anthem, group photography and lunch session.
Ms. Swati Verma (Asst. Prof.) along with Ms. Avni (Student) and Ms. Jigyasa (Student) smoothly anchored the conference. The program was coordinated by Ms. Sagarika Majhi, Associate Professor Dr. Madhu Verma, Professor and Ms. Iti Chauhan, Associate Professor.
