I.T.S College of Pharmacy organized freshers party "Nascent" for B. Pharm Ist year Batch 2022-2026 on 2nd December 2022, in which all the freshers and their immediate seniors participated with great enthusiasm.
Shri Arpit Chadha, Honble Vice Chairman of I.T.S The Education Group eulogized the efforts of the seniors to welcome their juniors. He, in his wishes greeted the freshers and said I believe that you will shine and remain a proud ITSians in every step of your careers.
The event started with the National anthem recitation and chanting of Saraswati Vandana. After that Dr. S. Sadish Kumar (Director) welcomed the freshers. He encouraged the students to dream big as quoted by Honble (Late) Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam and concluded his speech with dream big, chase constantly, work more to achieve the dreams. Dr. C.S. Ram, Director, I.T.S Institute of Health & Allied Sciences graced the occasion and motivated the students with his speech.
Seniors welcomed their juniors with a special dance performance and a Ramp walk. The event further progressed with showcasing the talent of freshers. Freshers were really very talented and gave mesmerizing dance and singing performances. 1st year students Kripansh and his group performed a beautiful act from Bollywood iconic movie 'Sholay'. After talent round, the freshers had to pass another test comprising of some questions and answers to test their personality. The students who won both the rounds were declared Mr. and Ms. Fresher. Mr. Kripansh won the title Mr. Fresher and Ms. Kritika Verma was crowned as Ms. Fresher. They were given gifts by the Director.
The next part of the event was comprised of dance and singing performances by the students of 2nd year B.Pharm. Ms. Cherry, Ms. Tanisha, Ms. Radhika, Ms. Arya, Ms. Nishu, Mr. Devansh, Mr. Sanjeev stole the hearts of audience with their dance moves. After that there was a gaming and fun session for both 1st and 2nd year students.
In the end, students enjoyed their lunch and set the dance floor on fire during their jamming session. The event was organized under the able guidance of Ms. Iti Chauhan (Assistant Professor), Ms. Janhavi Singh (Assistant Professor) and Dr. Manoj Kumar Sharma (Professor). The event was well co-ordinated by Mr. Yogesh, Mr. Samyak, Mr.Harsh, Ms. Tulsi, Ms. Fiza and Ms. Tanisha, student co-ordinators from 2nd year B.Pharm.
