Dr. Manoj Kumar Sharma & Mr. Rahul Chaudhary participated in 3 days Faculty Development Program (FDP) on “Student Induction” organized by Northern Regional Office, All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) during June 17-19, 2019 held at Graphic Era Hill University, Bhimtal, Uttarakhand. The resource person was Dr. Amrendra Kumar from IIT-BHU. Faculties among various disciplines and institutions/universities all across India participated in the workshop. The workshop focused on the importance of living in harmony at four levels- individual, family, society and nature. He imparted his understanding about the difference between skilled education which is in current scenario and the value/knowledge education which is missing somewhere in today’s education system. He gave precious contribution for benefit of educators who are making all possible efforts to make their students capable enough to understand the purpose of their lives and to educate them how education may create Enlighted citizens, happiness, trust, respect, interpersonal relationship, co-existence and health among the community and the whole society.
