Dr. Manoj Kumar Sharma participated in the advance level (level 3) FDP on " Universal Human Values and Professional Ethics" , which was organized by Value Education Cell of Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University Lucknow, through TEQIP-III, AKTU Lucknow , during 03-10 December 2018 at ABES College Ghazibad.The resource person for the workshop was Mr. Kumar Sambhav, 21 faculty members from various colleges affiliated to AKTU participated in the workshop. The workshop focused on the importance of Co-existence. The ten activities of self i.e. testing, selection, comparison, analysis, thinking, imaging, understanding, determination, realisation and authentication were explained in detail. Human Society/order is an experssion of co-existence through human being/enire nature.The natural outcome of living in harmony from family order to world family order is universal human order. Realisation of the co-existence, inter connectedness with all the units is the feeling of love. Continuous happiness and prosperity should be the goal of every individual and all should work to achieve it through knwoledge of co-existence,were also emphasized in the FDP.
