I.T.S College of Pharmacy organized a spectacular Freshers' Party “The Fledgling Party” on 24th August, 2018 to welcome 2018-2022 batch. Freshers' Party in any college is an event which every newbie enthusiastically awaits from the time of admission and our fresher’s await didn’t go in vain as the party was filled with keenness, joy, music, enthusiasm and happiness.
The celebration started at 11.00 am at Main auditorium, Dental block with National anthem followed by lightening of lamp by the Director, Dr. S. Sadish Kumar and Mr. Ashutosh Dikshit (Deputy Director- HR & Admin.), Dr. C.S Ram (Director, Department of Physiotherapy), Dr. Surendra Singh (Principal, Department of Biotechnology) also graced the function with their presence. Dr. S. Sadish Kumar welcomed the freshers by his motivational speech. Mr. Ashutosh Dikshit emphasized on “Soft and Hard skills” for the personality development of the students. The program kick-started with the singing and dancing performances by the last year Mr. & Ms. Fresher. All the performances by II year students were attractively and beautifully presented with energy and style. Ms. Janvi and Mr. Nikhil Rathor won the games which were during the freshers’ party. The contest for the Ms. Fresher and Mr. Fresher included several rounds involving introduction & talent display. In the final “Questionnaire Round”, the contestants had to prove that they were persons with beauty and brains. At the end Ms. Gauri Goyal and Mr. Aakansh Tyagi were crowned “Ms. Fresher and Mr. Fresher 2018” respectively. The program ended with the vote of thanks by Ms. Ritika and Mr. Swapnil. At last students rocked the freshers’ party with dancing and grooving in the Jam session. The event was successfully hosted by B.Pharm II year with the assistance of Ms. Moumita Barman (Asst. Prof.) & Ms. Garima Raj (Asst. Prof.).
