Dr. Manoj Kumar Sharma participated in the advance level (level 2) FDP on " Universal Human Values and Professional Ethics" , which was organized by Value Education Cell of Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University Lucknow, through TEQIP-III, AKTU Lucknow , during 10-17 July 2018 at Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College Ghazibad. It was a advance level workshop on Universal human values and professional ethics. The resource person for the workshop was Mr. Gopal Babu, 27 faculty members from various colleges affiliated to AKTU participated in the workshop. The workshop focused on the importance of living in harmony at four levels - individual, family, society and nature. Importance of knowledge, conduct and existence of human. The ten activities of self i.e. testing, selection, comparison, analysis, thinking, imaging, understanding, determination, realisation and authentication were explained in detail. Continuous happiness and prosperity should be the goal of every individual and all should work to achieve it through awakening of self knowledge and help others to increase their self knowledge.
