A webcast was organized for B.Pharm VI semester students on Group discussion and interview tips on 17th February 2017 from 10 am to 12 noon. The sessions were given by Mr. Logaprabhu who is a Senior Consultant in Infosys, Cardiff, UK and Mr. Prince Premnath, Specialist, Verizon Data Services India Pvt. Ltd., Chennai. The speakers have wide experience in conducting interviews and participating in numerous GD sessions.
Mr. Logaprabhu threw light upon how students should prepare themselves to participate in both GD and interview while Mr. Prince Premnath emphasied on Interviews. Their tips covered the areas of etiquettes, psychological & subject preparations and follow up. Students got the tips from the industry experts which made them understand how a GD session would happen as well what all would be the expectations from the corporates from fresher. The webcast ended with Q and A session which was answered by Mr. Prince. This webcast was a new experience for the students which they appreciated.
