Guest lecture
Dr. Rajesh Kumar Maheshwari (Professor and Ex-Head), Department of Pharmacy, S.G.S.I.T.S, Indore gave a lecture on “Ecofriendly methods in the field of Pharmacy” on 15th Oct. 2016 at Mini Auditorium. He emphasized the use of simple nontoxic solvents instead of toxic solvents. He also highlighted that solids can also act as solvents for many drugs. Around 120 students from B.Pharma and M.Pharma attended the lecture. Dr. Shalini K. Sawhney gave vote of thanks, in which she thanked Dr. S. Sadish Kumar, Principal for arranging this lecture. The programme was coordinated by Dr. Shalini K. Sawhney, Mr. Alok P. Singh and Ms. Nidhi Tyagi.
