I.T.S. – Paramedical (Pharmacy) College celebrated 6th National Pharma Fest- “Pharma Mindz- 2015” on 27 February, 2015. Sixteen different colleges participated in the College Fest and more than 300 participants from outside colleges and 130 I.T.Sians participated in various literary and cultural events of Pharma Mindz. Mr. Arpit Chadha, Vice Chairman, I.T.S. - The Education Group spared his valuable time and graced the occasion. Dr. S. Sadish Kumar, Principal- I.T.S. Pharmacy College enlightened the delegates with his inspiring and enthusiastic welcome speech. Dr. Virendra Kumar, General Manager, Elder Pharmaceuticals, invited as a chief guest, shared his experiences with the students regarding profession of Pharmacy and motivated them to take Pharmacy profession high by improving their performance. Lastly, program ended with a vote of thanks by Mrs. Shalini K. Sawhney, Asst. Professor, I.T.S. Pharmacy College.
The overall program emphasized on co-curricular development of the students, the fest had many off stage literary events like Pharma Collage, Essay, Pharma Quiz, Poster Presentation, Model Making, etc with the theme related to Pharmacy and on stage events like singing & dancing.
